Sameer Shah founded Apex Facility Services Group with a singular purpose: to provide an elevated, partnership-driven experience to the U.S. Government and public institutions. A graduate of Auburn University (War Eagle!) with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Sameer began his journey with a deep respect for infrastructure and a relentless drive to serve. Apex is the realization of his American Dream—building a mission-focused company that delivers reliable, high-quality solutions to the very agencies that support and protect our nation.

Before founding Apex, Sameer spent over a decade in corporate leadership roles across the manufacturing and construction industries. During this time, he worked with nationally recognized firms where he led complex projects, implemented process improvements, and built cross-functional teams. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of large-scale operational challenges and reinforced his belief that public-sector clients deserved a more responsive, performance-driven service partner.

With over two decades of combined industry experience, Sameer has led Apex to become a trusted name among federal, state, and municipal agencies.
